After completing the first half of the MX Nationals Series two weekends ago in Murray Bridge, and competing in round 3 of the Victorian MX Titles last weekend in Swan Hill, Deakin Hellier and Cody Dyce will both be using this short mid season break to reset and refocus for the second half of the series.

Deakin HellierThrough out the first half of the season I have been able to keep progressing and getting better results, at Swan Hill on the weekend I walked away with a second overall in my class. In this break I’m getting a heap of bike training in, working on some small things and keep chipping away at my strength training

Cody Dyce “ I was a bit un lucky in the first half of the season I had two bike failures, resulting in DNF’s but still managed to get some good championship points. I had a good weekend at Swan Hill on the weekend and finished 2nd over all in my class. I’m looking forward to a little mid season break to reset continue what I was doing originally, keep trying to improve my results every time I race and put some really good hours in working on my strength and fitness”
