HISTORY

Yamaha’s under 19 program started in 2007 and now in its 11th year. The first year, it was none other than the current MX1 MX Nationals Champion, Dean Ferris, who raced for the team to finish in 4th place.

Over the years the team has seen some of the best riders in the country pass through on their way to national success and a career in motocross. Luke Styke, Jay Wilson, Wilson Todd and Mitch Evans have all won major national championships with the team and it has long been the benchmark for developing motocross riders in Australia.

The core of the team remains stable with the same three guys working behind the scenes to keep things rolling along.

This year national junior champ and long-time Yamaha rider, Cody Dyce joins Cooper Pozniak in a strong team that will battle for this years MXD championship as the team go for three in a row.
